| No failure or delay by either party to exercise any right or remedy under the Terms of Use shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy; and a partial exercise of any right or remedy shall not preclude any further or future exercise thereof or the exercise or any other right or remedy. If any of the terms, conditions or provisions of the Terms of Use are held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such term, condition or provision adjudged invalid shall be deemed deleted from/modified as appropriate in the Terms of Use, while the other terms, conditions and provisions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
| The Terms of Use shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (2004). The venue of the arbitration shall be Abuja, Nigeria and the language of the arbitration shall be English Language. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties and each party shall bear its own cost of the arbitration. |
